Custom application development

Custom application development, built to last.

Web applications designed around how your business actually works: who signs in, what each person is allowed to see, where the data lives, and which systems it has to talk to.

What we build

Internal platforms

The software a team runs its day on: search, records, approvals, scheduling. Shaped around the workflow you already have, not a template you have to bend to.

Client intake and portals

Multi-step forms, uploads and summaries on the client side, and an admin side to review, filter and update every submission.

Multi-client platforms

One application serving many companies or teams, each seeing only its own data, with role-based administration on top.

Replacing spreadsheets and legacy software

Moving a process out of shared documents or an aging system into a real database, one piece at a time, without stopping the business.

Built the way it will be maintained

Access enforced in the database

Row-level security, role-based permissions and audit logging, so a mistake in the interface cannot show anyone data they should not see.

Typed end to end

TypeScript and C# from the schema to the screen, so a change in one place fails at build time instead of quietly in production.

Connected to the systems you use

CRMs, ad platforms, booking software and spreadsheets: the application reads from and writes to them instead of becoming one more island.

Shipped through a pipeline

Releases go out through CI/CD with monitoring in place, so shipping a fix is routine rather than an event.

Applications in production

Abstract render: concentric rings of particles around one bright ember center

Proximity Search Platform

Senior Placement Search

An internal placement tool for Care Advocates in San Antonio and Austin that turns a 1,200-line provider document into a searchable database with proximity ranking as the primary interface: enter an address or zip and the nearest suitable homes come back distance-ranked, narrowed in place by beds, care type, budget and license status.

React / TypeScript / Supabase / PostgreSQL

Abstract render: three tall stacks of translucent cards, one card lifted and moving between them

Management Dashboard

Project Management

SiteWave Kanban is a secure, full-stack project management tool with drag-and-drop boards, role-based access control, and a self-contained authentication system.

React / TypeScript / Supabase / Node.js

Abstract render: a grid of silver tiles with several lit ember

Campaign Studio

Marketing Platform

A centralized AI-powered platform that lets marketing teams generate, organize, and manage Meta ad creatives through text-to-image generation, image editing, and structured ad packages with headlines, copy, and deployment tracking.

React / TypeScript / Firebase

Built to run on an ordinary Tuesday.

The measure of an application is whether the people who use it every day stop thinking about it.

Discovery to launch in 7 to 23 weeks

  1. 1–2 wks

    Discovery

We map your goals, users and constraints into a concrete product scope.

  2. 1–3 wks

    Architecture

We design data models, APIs and component systems, typed end to end.

  3. 4–16 wks

    Build

Iterative sprints with demoable increments. You see progress every week.

  4. 1–2 wks

    Launch

CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance budgets go live with the product.

  5. Ongoing

    Operate

We maintain, measure and evolve the platform alongside your team.

What it costs

Custom applications run from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project and the scope of work. Tell us what you need and we will scope it with you.

Who builds it

SiteWave DEV is led by Eddie Salinas, CEO, who brings more than 25 years in web development, programming, database management and digital marketing, with Mario Pastrana as CTO. We are a software company in San Antonio, building applications for businesses across the United States.
