About

We build software we are willing to maintain.

SiteWave DEV is the engineering practice in the SiteWave family, working out of San Antonio, Texas. We take on the work that has to keep running after launch day.

How we work

Craft over speed-of-hand

We write code that other engineers want to inherit. Readable, typed, tested, and documented.

Outcomes, not output

Lines of code are not a KPI. Conversion, reliability and user trust are.

Operate what we build

We stay on-call for what we ship. If it breaks, we fix it, and then we stop it from breaking again.

Close the loop

We pair with SiteWave Creative and SiteWave AI to make sure the product, the message and the automation all match.

Leadership

The team behind the code.

SiteWave DEV is a small, focused team built for quality over volume. These are the two people who lead every engagement, and who set direction on every project.

Eddie Salinas

CEO and Creative Director

Eddie is the engineering backbone of SiteWave DEV, leading architecture and development across the studio’s core stack: .NET and C# on the back end, TypeScript throughout, and enterprise-grade databases including MS SQL, Supabase, and Firebase. He designs systems with long-term operability in mind, building authentication layers, role-based access controls, and API integrations that hold up in production. His work turns complex requirements into clean, maintainable platforms that client teams can own and evolve with confidence.

Mario Pastrana

Chief Technology Officer

Mario bridges the gap between technology strategy and product vision, bringing deep expertise in full-stack web development, cloud architecture, and modern front-end frameworks including React, Angular, and Vue. His background spans the entire delivery lifecycle, from shaping business requirements into clear technical scope to overseeing deployment on scalable, database-driven platforms. He ensures every engagement is grounded in real outcomes: interfaces that convert, systems that hold under pressure, and products that clients are genuinely proud to put their name on.

From first call to ongoing operation

  1. Discovery

    1-2 wks

We map your goals, users and constraints into a concrete product scope.

  2. Architecture

    1-3 wks

We design data models, APIs and component systems, typed end to end.

  3. Build

    4-16 wks

Iterative sprints with demoable increments. You see progress every week.

  4. Launch

    1-2 wks

CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance budgets go live with the product.

  5. Operate

    Ongoing

We maintain, measure and evolve the platform alongside your team.

A pulse travelling endlessly around a closed ring of light

We stay after launch day.

Monitoring, iteration and support are part of the engagement, not an upsell once something breaks.

One practice, three disciplines.

SiteWave DEV handles the engineering. SiteWave Creative handles brand and message. SiteWave AI handles automation. When a project needs more than code, the other two are already in the room, which is how the product, the message and the automation stay aligned.
